There are lots of ways to life a healthier lifestyle to protect yourself. Some of them include:
Lowering your fat intake. Keep out oils and sauté using water instead. Eat more fruits and veggies without fasting earlier in the day. We crave fat filled foods because they give us a “high” feeling by forcing our adrenal glands to release adrenaline in order to thin our blood from the fatty food.
Increase hydrating fluids like lemon water. Coconut water, any fruit and veggie juice such as celery juice, cucumber, melon, etc. juices give our body a ton of nutrients because we absorb it quickly and easily without all the added fiber that most people can’t get the nutrients from due to all the rotting proteins and bacteria in our guts.
Fill your day with healing foods- the holy 4. Fruits, leafy greens, veggies, spices and herbs and wild foods. Fruits and leafy greens are especially healing so the more you load up on those, the more you can fight pathogens and build your immune system.
